Add Some Color
Color is the perfect way to customize and liven up a living space. You can use color in several ways. One easy way to brighten things up is to paint an accent wall in a bold color or paint all your walls in a soft pastel shade. You can choose your favorite color, or pick something that complements the decorations and belongings that are already in your motorhome.
Grow Plants
Whether or not you’ve got a green thumb, plants are a good means of making a place feel more comfortable. Plants clean the air and make your living space feel fresh and inviting. Make sure you select lightweight hanging baskets that you can securely attach to the wall or ceiling, or heavy pots that won’t tip over on the floor. You could even get a small herb garden going to grow some tasty herbs for use in your cooking!

During your travels, you may find that you miss the folks back home. Why not print out some photos of your pets, friends, and family members who aren’t traveling with you to put on the wall? Bring some of your favorite throw pillows and blankets from your house, or go out and buy all-new ones that match the color scheme you’re working with. Some fleece blankets and a homemade quilt can turn a dull couch into a comfortable and inviting reading nook.
